The Design Build Process

Phase One

Contact us via phone and/or email to set up an appointment. The purpose of this meeting will be to meet the design team and discuss exactly what YOU want in your project. When we feel like we have a good idea of what you want done for your project, then we will discuss the budget. During phase one we will determine what your target budget is set at.

Phase Two

Phase two will primarily be the design phase. If we believe that the project is feasible with your budget and other requirements, Avenue Homes of GA will then make a field visit to examine your project location. From the field visit, we will design working drawings as necessary for your project. The design work will be billed prior to completion, however once we draw the plans they belong to you. Please view an example of our working drawings for residential remodeling and a custom home. From these detailed plans we will be able to develop an accurate quote for your design-build project.

Phase Three

Now that we have the working drawings completed and a cost to build quote, you have the choice to accept the proposal or decline. As stated above, the design work is previously paid and now belongs to you.

Phase Four

If the proposal is accepted, Avenue Homes of GA, will begin the scheduling process for construction.
